Advisory: Refund Policy for Regular Paper Visa 

The Mission would consider refund of Visa fee to the applicants in cases where excess/multiple visa fee payment was done over and above the prescribed visa fee for all regular paper visa granted by the Mission. 

2. Shri Deepankar, First Secretary (CPV), would be the nodal officer for all refund claims submitted to the Mission. The affected applicant should make a refund claim either by submission of claim at the Mission or sending an email to [email protected].

3. The Mission will endeavor to settle all claims within 07 working days after the receipt of refund requests.

4. No refund claim will be entertained after 3 months of such payment.
